1、负责服务商（Vendor/BPO）绩效管理，主动识别潜在风险并推动解决，保障内容质量把控交付表现稳定达标； 2、统筹电商全场景内容质量把控站点运营，覆盖商家、商品、内容及直播内容质量把控的流程管理； 3、明确服务商工作范围，制定操作指引、时间节点与绩效指标，基于站点表现分析输出洞察并设定合理KPI，并持续跟进、推动高效执行； 4、作为流程专家，主动识别并推动流程改进，提升服务商运营管理效率；与政策团队、产品与系统团队等关键方高效协作，支持新流程的落地；并与跨职能团队合作，搭建合理的运营流程和配套工具投入； 5、负责团队管理、运营流程的设计与落地，以及外部合作伙伴的管理； 6、建立与服务商的常态化沟通机制，通过定期会议、状态同步及反馈渠道，保障合作期间信息高效传递。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、服务商管理或BPO运营管理相关经验优先； 3、具备运营经验，能够跨多个业务领域或业务单元开展协作与统筹； 4、熟练使用Excel/飞书表格等数据工具； 5、具备跳出既有框架思考问题的能力，能够主动识别问题，并与业务负责人协作解决，同时能够为日常运营提出创新性想法； 6、英语可作为工作语言使用，有日语工作能力者优先。
