1、根据业务策略，筛选并对接目标平台开放计划（POP）商家，向商家清晰介绍FBT的产品能力、操作流程及使用价值，协助商家完成入驻与基础配置； 2、参与平台开放计划（POP）商家的日常运营支持，包括但不限于日常问询、基础数据跟进、库存与补货沟通、入仓协助、账单及履约相关问题处理； 3、按要求收集并整理商家反馈与运营问题，及时同步给相关团队，协助推动问题解决与流程优化； 4、在既定规则与指导下，协助提升商家对FBT的理解和使用率，维护稳定、良好的合作关系； 5、配合团队完成平台开放计划（POP）相关项目及专项任务，确保执行按计划推进。

1、本科及以上学历，具备基础的物流履约及电商运营认知，具备商家运营、客户支持或业务拓展相关经验者优先； 2、有电商平台、物流平台或相关经验者优先，能够适应快节奏、事务性与项目性并行的工作环境； 3、具备服务中国电商商家的经验或兴趣，理解跨境电商履约流程与基础物流概念； 4、对电商物流及相关领域具备基础认知，包括仓储、入仓流程、配送、退货、账单与客服等； 5、中英文口头及书面沟通顺畅，能够进行日常业务沟通与基础文档输出； 6、执行力强、学习能力好，具备责任感与团队协作意识，能够在指导下持续提升专业能力。
