1、参与构建在线流式数据调度系统，保障亿级POI数据调度的吞吐、时延与横向扩展能力； 2、参与构建POI数据接入链路与在线/离线清洗模块，支撑多源异构数据（三方采购、UGC、商家提报、图商）的统一入仓；参与构建POI处理系统，包括准入、融合、聚合等服务模块，满足日均千万级数据更新需求； 3、将大模型能力工程化落地到POI全链路：负责LLM/VLM推理服务的接入、编排与治理，包括Prompt工程与版本管理、RAG检索增强、结构化输出约束、多模态（图片/视频/OCR）理解在POI判重、属性抽取、内容审核等场景的工程实现； 4、构建LLM应用的效果与成本基建：离线评测集、在线A/B、负面案例回流、幻觉与一致性校验、推理成本与限流降级策略，让模型效果可度量、可回滚、可持续迭代； 5、与AI工程师协同，建立高效的模型/规则模块更新与发布机制，持续分析系统瓶颈，提升研发迭代效能与系统性能稳定性。

1、扎实的编程能力，良好的数据结构与算法基础，优秀的系统设计能力；熟悉数据库、大数据、消息队列等常用组件，有高并发服务搭建经验，能快速定位根因并推动解决； 2、具备大模型工程落地经验：熟悉主流LLM API/推理框架，理解Prompt设计、Function Calling/Tool Use、结构化输出、上下文管理、向量检索与RAG链路；能独立完成从需求到线上可用的LLM应用闭环； 3、理解LLM应用的工程边界：了解幻觉治理、可观测（Trace/Token计量）、评测方法论、推理成本优化（缓存、批处理、模型分级路由）等实践； 4、较强的问题解决与推动能力，学习能力好，能探索行业最佳实践；良好的沟通与需求理解能力，能与PM、AI算法工程师高效协作推进项目； 5、了解POI数据处理流程，在准入、融合、聚合等系统性建设上有实战经验者优先；有Agent框架、多模态理解、LLM驱动数据清洗/标注落地经验者优先。
