1、业务PMO日常支持： 1）横向协同日常事务处理，包括例会跟进、议题整理、进展追踪、风险同步和待办闭环； 2）跟进跨团队协作事项，推动业务、产品、运营、数据等相关方对齐目标、节奏和交付结果； 3）支持整理项目材料、会议纪要、周报/月报及专项复盘文档，确保信息传递清晰、准确、及时； 2、数据处理与基础分析： 1）基于业务需求，完成简单的数据提取、整理和汇总工作； 2）协助搭建或维护日常分析看板、追踪表和监控模板，提升团队日常数据使用效率； 3）对直播业务关键指标进行基础分析，发现异常波动或潜在问题，并形成简洁清晰的分析结论； 3、业务洞察与专题支持： 1）支持区域直播业务的专项分析，如国家线表现对比、活动效果复盘、主播/内容生态观察等； 2）结合数据与业务背景，协助输出可读性强、结构清晰的分析材料； 3）主动关注业务变化，对不清楚的问题保持好奇心，能够提出问题并推动进一步理解； 4、流程与协作效率优化： 1）协助沉淀日常工作流程、标准模板和协作机制； 2）发现重复性、低效或易出错的工作环节，提出改进建议，并在指导下推动优化落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数据分析、统计学、商科等相关背景优先； 2、每周可实习4天、可连续实习3个月优先，具备较好的沟通协作能力和责任心，能够清晰同步信息、跟进多方事项，并推动日常工作闭环； 3、具备基础数据处理与分析能力，会使用Excel，熟悉SQL和BI工具，擅长AI数据处理优先； 4、具备可靠的执行力、良好的学习能力与探索精神，学习能力强，做事细致认真，具备多任务协同处理能力及良好的团队协作精神； 5、中英双语可以作为工作语言使用。
