日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责TikTok电商业务的数据分析工作，通过对流量、商品、内容、用户等主题的深入理解和洞察发现业务机会，为业务及管理层提供决策支持； 2、主动发现业务中存在的数据问题和痛点，助力国际化电商产品及业务的快速发展； 3、挖掘电商业务中的各项数据需求，探索创新型数据产品，驱动模型和策略的优化。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计学、应用数学、计算机等理工科专业背景优先； 2、熟悉SQL/Hive，至少可以熟练使用一种数据可视化分析工具； 3、好奇心强，主动性强，能快速学习，能够独立思考； 4、对大数据应用场景有一定认识，有数据仓库、BI、数据挖掘、用户画像等方面的经验者优先。
