1、有文娱方向、内容产品策略经验者优先，有数据分析、经营分析、商业分析经验者优先； 2、具备数据分析、统计学知识，精通SQL，SPSS、Tableau、Python等分析工具使用经验加分，有数据分析背景者优先； 3、善于深度和独立思考问题，具备优秀的逻辑思维及分析能力，能独立完成数据分析并设计策略； 4、对内容产品的生态有一定理解，熟悉内容趋势，具备优秀内容判断力； 5、具备良好的责任心和自驱力，主动识别并分析解决关键问题，拥有良好的沟通和团队协作能力。
