1、负责印尼TikTok Shop全渠道价格力策略落地，搭建平台价格健康度体系，管控全站高价率、同款匹配率、低价竞争力、人工补贴、券后异常价等核心指标，驱动平台价格生态良性循环； 2、监控日常及大促价格波动，识别同款率下滑、高价率异常拉升、同款匹配缺失、价格错算等风险，搭建数据监控与预警机制，保障价格数据准确、货品比价公平； 3、建立价格力商家供应价持续优化运营机制： 1）建立对行业商家的价格力健康度的监控和评估机制，并协同行业完善监控和预警能力，及时同步行业进行价劣商家的干预沟通和反馈； 2）针对不同行业不同类型商家，设计价格力相关资源匹配和激励政策，保障商家在平台持续保持最优供应价； 3）整合协同渠道流量资源，联合商家政策团队，将价格力标准协同绑定资源条款，激励商家优化供应价以达到平台要求； 4）跟踪商家促销及营销节奏，实时掌控价格趋势与调价动作带来的数据效果异动，跟进商家价格力表现并提出价格整改要求，推动行业与商家沟通； 4、开展数据洞察分析，推动价格力运营策略迭代： 1）持续洞察价格力相关关键指标，多维度拆解分析并归因定位具体问题和机会，输出业务优化策略； 2）设计价格力货品和价格策略的量化验证方法，长期沉淀量价验证模型，建立动态调控选品和调价的能力，实现价格力运营效果更精准高效； 5、联动流量资源团队、商家政策团队、行业品类策略团队、商家管理AM团队，推进业务机制迭代、专项治理落地，保障价格力指标持续健康提升。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上电商运营经验，有价格力、比价、货品运营经验优先； 2、熟悉电商平台定价逻辑、优惠补贴体系、平台比价规则、价格力实验等； 3、具备较强货品判断力，理解用户价格敏感性，拥有类目价格带分析、价格力选品策略落地经验；能够基于产品、市场需求筛选高转化潜力性价比货品； 4、逻辑清晰、闭环意识强，擅长跨部门推动研发、产品落地优化项，能沉淀标准化SOP与规则文档； 5、熟练使用数据分析AI工具，能有效快速的产出数据洞察和分析结论，指导业务策略迭代； 6、具备英文读写和口语能力，能看懂平台英文规则、完成基本的业务沟通，对接国际业务。
