1、负责UG-Engagement（Push/OEM/EDM）方向风险指标体系建设，建立可长期复用的监控、归因与评估框架； 2、针对Push、EDM、OEM等不同触达场景，设计并优化抽样审核方案、结果回收机制与风险估计方法，看清不同推荐类型、元素维度、国家区域和业务场景下的风险水位与问题分布； 3、与PM、Algo、Ops、Policy、RD等团队深度协同，推动Borderline标准切换、模型效果评估、模型迭代、人审质量提升以及机审/人审联动策略优化； 4、围绕复杂风险问题开展RCA、专项分析与策略复盘，识别问题来源，评估治理收益与业务trade-off，支持团队在增长诉求下建立可扩展的安全治理机制； 5、跟踪主动触达场景的行业形态和风险变化，推动风险测量框架从单一Push场景扩展到OEM、EDM等多渠道生态，并沉淀长期可复用的方法论。

1、本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、计算机、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、具备较强的数据科学或策略分析经验，通常拥有3年及以上数据科学或策略分析相关工作经历；有内容生态、推荐、Trust和Safety、Push、复杂风控治理经验者优先； 3、能够相对独立负责复杂方向，从模糊业务问题出发，完成指标设计、分析框架搭建、实验或抽样方案设计、结果归因与策略建议输出，而不仅是承接式分析需求； 4、熟练使用SQL与Python，具备大规模数据处理与分析能力；熟悉Precision、Recall、Coverage、Sampling、置信区间、偏差控制等评估方法，能够将模型评估、审核结果与业务目标有效打通； 5、自驱务实，尊重事实，敢于暴露和解决问题，对结果负责并持续追求更高标准。
