1、负责国际电商平台单个或多个产品模块的商家体验诊断与优化，深入理解商家在所负责产品模块及相关上下游环节中的真实体验，结合商家原声、服务反馈、行为数据和业务规则，梳理关键体验链路，主动识别高频痛点、低效流程和结构性问题，评估问题的影响范围与优先级，产出明确的体验判断及优化建议； 2、建立所负责领域的体验分析、监测与预警机制，结合CPO、NPS/NLS、体验漏斗、稳定性指标等，建立分层分类标准、问题标签和定量监控机制，能够拆解指标变化，区分正常波动与真实体验恶化，结合定量数据与商家原声定位根因，及时识别趋势风险并输出体验分析报告； 3、推动关键体验问题形成完整闭环，围绕重点问题推进“问题识别—影响判断—根因诊断—准确分发—方案评估—协同推动—效果验证”的完整链路，与产品、业务、治理、服务、设计和数据等团队协作，将体验洞察转化为可落地的产品、策略或流程优化； 4、从商家视角评估和挑战解决方案，不止停留在问题发现、分类和反馈，能够判断相关团队提出的解决方案是否回应真实根因、是否存在体验遗漏或潜在风险，持续追踪方案落地及效果，验证商家体验是否得到实际改善。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上平台型产品运营、商家/用户体验运营、策略运营或相关工作经验，有电商平台、商家生态或复杂产品模块经验者优先； 2、具备较强的系统思维和问题判断能力，能够深入理解单个产品模块，并结合其上下游链路识别体验问题，能够从分散反馈和指标变化中发现具有共性或系统性的问题； 3、具备优秀的数据分析与定性研究能力，能够综合经营数据、体验指标、服务工单和商家原声形成交叉验证，解释指标变化背后的结构性原因，熟练使用常用数据分析工具； 4、具备较强的主人翁意识和结果导向，敢于提出问题、发出预警并挑战不充分的解决方案，能够持续跟进方案落地，并验证问题是否真正解决； 5、具备良好的跨部门沟通、项目管理和资源协调能力，能够在多团队协作环境下明确责任、推动决策和改善闭环； 6、对业务节奏和体验风险敏感，能够支持大促、重点商家或品牌项目等关键场景的体验保障，有体验指标体系、商家NPS/NLS、跨团队体验专项经验者优先。
