Hier ga jij het verschil maken!

De Bongerd - studio's vormen een gezellige woongemeenschap van 19 cliënten in de leeftijd van 25 jaar tot 77 jaar. We staan midden in de Lunterse dorpsgemeenschap en we participeren veel in de dorpse activiteiten.

De cliënten hebben allemaal hun eigen studio met hun eigen voordeur. Er zijn twee gemeenschappelijke ruimten waar, desgewenst gezamenlijke activiteiten ondernomen kunnen worden. Het studiogebouw is nieuw gebouwd in 2019. We proberen de cliënt zoveel mogelijk in zijn/haar kracht te zetten door zelfredzaamheid te stimuleren. De oudere cliënten hebben inmiddels ook andere zorgbehoeften passend bij de levensfase waarin zij zich bevinden.

Samen met de cliënt kijken we vooral naar de mogelijkheden om tegemoet te komen aan de woonwensen van eenieder individu. "Gewoon waar mogelijk en bijzonder waar nodig", niet meer en niet minder! We hebben een huishoudelijke dienst en een eigen kok!

Als Persoonlijk Begeleider bij Bongerd Studio's:

  • Bied je begeleiding op maat, afgestemd op de bewoner
  • Stel je ondersteuningsplannen op en houd je contact met familie en netwerk
  • Signaleer je wat iemand nodig heeft en onderneem je direct actie
  • Werk je volgens het zorgplan en houd je het dossier netjes bij
  • Denk je mee met het team en zorg je voor structuur en continuïteit
  • Draai je dag-, avond- en slaapdiensten – samen maken jullie het verschil

Als Persoonlijk Begeleider ondersteun jij bewoners in hun dagelijks leven. Je helpt hen eigen keuzes te maken, stimuleert zelfredzaamheid en biedt passende zorg, afgestemd op de levensfaseen mogelijkheden van ieder individu. Verder:

  • Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-opleiding op minimaal niveau 4 in de richting Zorg & Welzijn.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je bewoners én de kwaliteit van zorg.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met creatieve dagbesteding of werkgerichte begeleiding, en weet hierin te inspireren.
  • Je communiceert open, duidelijk en met aandacht – met bewoners, verwanten én collega’s.
  • Je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende situaties en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je bent betrokken, denkt vooruit en kijkt met een positieve blik naar wat wél kan.
  • Je denkt graag mee over een goede balans tussen werk en privé – dankzij teamroosteren heb je daarin zelf invloed.
