Derde Oosterstraat - Hilversum l 24 tot 28 uur per week

Ben jij iemand die overzicht houdt, graag organiseert en met aandacht werkt? Dan hebben wij een mooie rol voor je! Voor onze locatie De Derde Oosterstraat in hartje Hilversum zoeken we een Persoonlijk (coördinerend) Begeleider Ouderen die samen met ons het verschil wil maken.

Wat maakt deze plek bijzonder? Op De Derde Oosterstraat wonen 16 oud(ere) bewoners (50-90 jaar) met een licht verstandelijke beperking, ieder in een eigen appartement. De begeleiding is persoonlijk, rustig en afgestemd op wat iemand nodig heeft. Jij zorgt dat alles soepel loopt voor bewoners én collega’s.

Jouw rol in het team.

Als persoonlijk begeleider:

  • Ben jij de spil van de locatie en houdt overzicht, zet de lijnen uit en kijkt altijd naar wat wél kan voor bewoners en collega’s.
  • Coördineer je de zorg samen met twee collega coördinerend begeleiders, stelt ondersteuningsplannen op en bewaakt de kwaliteit van begeleiding en zorg.
  • Ondersteun je de bewoners bij het maken van eigen keuzes, stimuleert zelfstandigheid en begeleidt activiteiten die aansluiten bij hun wensen en mogelijkheden, zowel binnen als buiten de locatie.
  • Regel je medische, administratieve en waar nodig ADL-gerelateerde zaken en draait mee op de vloer, zodat je dichtbij bewoners en collega’s blijft staan.
  • Coach je de collega’s, denkt mee over verbeteringen en draagt actief bij aan een fijne, open en professionele werksfeer.

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Salaris FWG 40: € 2.893 - € 3.902 (o.b.v. 36 uur) CAO Gehandicaptenzorg 2025-2026;
  • Contract bepaalde tijd, is voor nu ter vervanging. Maar we kijken met je mee naar de mogelijkheden binnen Philadelphia.
  • Opleidingen, coaching en ontwikkelmogelijkheden;
  • Extra’s zoals een leasefiets- en laptopregeling en leuke kortingen;
  • Aandacht voor jouw werk-privébalans.

Wie ben jij?

  • Mbo 4 of hbo-opgeleid in Zorg & Welzijn;
  • Affiniteit met ouder wordende mensen met een verstandelijke beperking;
  • Organisatorisch sterk, communicatief en benaderbaar;
  • Je denkt in mogelijkheden en durft keuzes te maken;
  • Flexibel inzetbaar (dag-, avond-, weekend- en slaapdiensten).
