Pour le compte de notre partenaire, une entreprise industrielle implantée dans le canton de Fribourg, nous recherchons activement un\-e HRBP à 80%. Cette organisation valorise la prise d’initiative et l’accompagnement humain des collaborateur\-trice\-s, et souhaite faire évoluer des personnes investies au sein d'une équipe soudée.

Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous accompagnez les responsables de ligne dans la gestion de leurs équipes en leur apportant un soutien RH de proximité, en phase avec les réalités du terrain
  • Vous conseillez et soutenez managers et collaborateurt\-rice\-s sur les questions liées aux relations de travail, au développement professionnel et à la gestion des talents
  • Vous pilotez les situations sensibles avec professionnalisme, discernement et sens des responsabilités
  • Vous prenez également en charge les processus de recrutement pour votre périmètre, de l’identification des besoins à l’intégration des nouveaux talents
  • Vous contribuez activement à des projets RH transverses et à l’amélioration continue des pratiques et processus RH

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous disposez d’une solide expérience dans un poste similaire en tant que conseiller RH auprès des managers
  • Vous êtes titulaire du Brevet de Spécialiste RH ou d’un diplôme équivalent
  • Vous êtes de première langue française, avec de très bonnes connaissances en allemand pour vous exprimez oralement
  • Vous êtes proactif\-ve et empathique, avec d’excellentes compétences d’écoute et de prise de décision
  • Vous avez une très bonnes connaissances des lois de travail en Suisse
