In de VPT‑zorg draait het om vertrouwen, continuïteit en nabijheid. Cliënten wonen hier graag thuis en rekenen op zorgprofessionals die oog hebben voor hun dagelijks leven. Binnen het VPT‑team ondersteun je mensen om die zelfstandigheid zo lang mogelijk te behouden. Als mbo verpleegkundige combineer je verpleegkundige expertise met persoonlijke aandacht, midden in de wijk en dicht bij de cliënt. Gelukkig kun je daarbij rekenen op de kracht van een professioneel en betrokken team.

Dit ga je doen als mbo Verpleegkundige

Binnen het VPT‑team verleen je verpleegkundige zorg aan cliënten in hun eigen woning. Persoonlijke verzorging zoals wassen, aankleden en begeleiding bij de toiletgang hoort daarbij, net als ondersteuning bij huishoudelijke taken als dit nodig is voor een veilige en prettige leefomgeving. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, bewaakt de kwaliteit van zorg en signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn. Vanuit jouw rol stem je zorg af met collega’s, denk je mee over passende ondersteuning en stimuleer je cliënten om zoveel mogelijk zelf de regie te houden over hun leven.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 45: € 3.502 - € 4.245 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 24 tot 28 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
