Nous recherchons une() assistant(e) clientèle pour un CDD de 4 mois pour notre Centre de Relation Clients Bourse et Epargne Salariale à Blois (41).

En qualité d'assistant clientèle, vous vous verrez confier les missions suivantes :

  • Accueillir et réaliser le suivi de la relation client
  • Renseigner et répondre aux diverses questions des clients sur leurs comptes
  • Enregistrer les réponses des clients
  • Diverses tâches administratives

Profil :

Idéalement de formation Bac +2, vous avez une expérience réussie de la relation client.

Vous aimez suivre l'actualité, vous avez le goût du service client, du travail en équipe et vous êtes doté(e) d'une grande rigueur dans l'exécution de votre travail : rejoignez-nous !

Rémunération : 29 889 euros annuels brut sur 13 mois (ce montant intègre une partie variable à hauteur de 1 215€ qui est versée à la fin du contrat au prorata) + CESU + intéressement/abondement.
