The posting

Nous recherchons un(e) Technicien back-office en CDD de remplacement (durée de 2 mois potentiellement renouvelable) pour notre service OST (Opérations Sur Titres) au sein de la Direction des Opérations. Votre mission sera d'effectuer le traitement des ordres dans le respect des procédures du service, avec le souci de la qualité, de l'efficacité et de la maîtrise des risques.

Vos activités principales seront les suivantes :

  • Détecter / créer les dossiers d’OST parmi les différentes sources d'information et rédiger l’avis d’annonce
  • Traiter et suivre de façon autonome les dossiers complexes et atypiques
  • Contrôler l’avancement des dossiers
  • S’assurer du bon dénouement des opérations (titres et cash)
  • Prendre en charge les tickets émis par les mandants (instructions & informations)
  • Participer à l’amélioration des traitements, être force de proposition
  • Gérer la messagerie générique du service OST
  • Elaborer des modes opératoires et les mettre à jour
  • Assurer la relation avec les clients de CA Titres et les agences LCL

Profil :

De formation Bac+2 minimum, de type gestion/administratif ou Banque, vous avez idéalement une première expérience de 2 ans dans le secteur de la banque, dans la relation client ou la gestion des tâches du back-office.

Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils bureautiques (notamment Excel et Outlook).

Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et méthodique, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre aisance relationnelle et votre sens du service client.

Rémunération : 31 973 euros annuels brut sur 13 mois (ce montant intègre une partie variable à hauteur de 1245€ qui est versée à la fin du contrat) + intéressement/abondement.

Formation : A votre intégration, une formation vous sera délivrée en proximité avec les équipes, avec du travail en binôme et un réel accompagnement tout au long de votre intégration.

Horaires variables.

Congés : 22/23 jours de RTT + 25 jours de CP pour un équivalent temps plein
