The posting

Nous recherchons des assistant(e)s clientèle pour des CDD de 4 mois pour notre centre de relation clients Mobilité Clients à Mer (41).

En qualité d'assistant(e) clientèle, vous vous verrez confier les missions suivantes :

- Prendre en charge le client par téléphone :

  • Accueillir et réaliser le suivi de la relation client
  • Assurer la prise de RDV entre le client et son nouveau conseiller

- Traitements middle-office et back-office :

  • Constituer et traiter les dossiers clients
  • Ouvrir et transférer les comptes
  • S’assurer de la prise en charge et du bon traitement des opérations/dossiers dans les délais contraints
  • Assurer l’interface entre les Caisses Régionales et le clients
  • Transférer les données et pièces enregistrées dans la GED

Profil :

De formation Bac +2, vous avez une expérience réussie de la relation client.

Vos compétences dans la communication orale (téléphone), écrite et l'utilisation des outils informatiques (navigation sur 3 écrans) sont reconnues.

Vous aimez suivre l'actualité, vous avez le goût du service client, du travail en équipe et vous êtes doté(e) d'une grande rigueur dans l'exécution de votre travail : rejoignez-nous !

Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?

Rémunération : 29 889 euros annuels brut sur 13 mois (ce montant intègre une partie variable à hauteur de 1215€ qui est versée annuellement) + CESU + intéressement/abondement.

Formation : A votre intégration, une formation de 6 semaines vous sera délivrée. Vous alternerez entre théorie et pratique, avec du travail en binôme et un réel accompagnement tout au long de votre intégration.

Horaires : Travail du mardi au samedi de 8h30 à 18h sauf le samedi de 9h à 15h.

Congés : 31 jours de RTT + 25 jours de CP + des congés spéciaux en fonction des évènements (mariage, déménagement..).
