The posting

Nous recherchons deux Techniciens Back Office Comptabilité Épargne Salariale (H/F) pour rejoindre notre équipe en charge du traitement et du suivi des opérations liées à la comptabilité de l’épargne salariale.

Vous contribuez à la gestion des flux financiers, à la fiabilisation des opérations et à la maîtrise des risques, dans une démarche d’amélioration continue de la qualité des traitements.

Principales missions :

  • Assurer le suivi et la régularisation des flux financiers ;
  • Effectuer les rapprochements, contrôles et ajustements comptables ;
  • Traiter les rejets, anomalies et dossiers sensibles ;
  • Assurer le suivi de la facturation et des rétrocessions ;
  • Répondre aux sollicitations des Caisses Régionales et des entreprises ;
  • Réaliser les contrôles et reportings nécessaires à la sécurisation de l’activité ;
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus et aux évolutions du service

Profil recherché

De formation Bac+2 minimum, idéalement en comptabilité, gestion ou dans le domaine bancaire, vous disposez d’une première expérience dans un environnement de back office ou de gestion financière. Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et doté(e) d’un bon esprit d’analyse, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et savez gérer vos priorités. Votre sens du service client, votre capacité à travailler en transversalité et votre intérêt pour l’amélioration continue seront des atouts pour réussir dans ce poste.

Le poste est basé au 30 rue des vallées à Brunoy (91).

Rémunération : 36 983 € brut
