Au sein du service Opérations Épargne Longue Salariée, vous rejoignez une équipe en charge de la gestion des opérations liées à l’épargne salariale.

Vos missions :

Vous assurez le management et le pilotage de l’équipe, notamment sur les activités suivantes :

  • Gestion et mise à jour des référentiels salariés
  • Traitement des transferts et versements
  • Gestion des rachats et des cas de déblocages
  • Suivi de l’activité, des indicateurs et de la qualité de service
  • Accompagnement de l’équipe et gestion des dossiers complexes
  • Participation à l’amélioration continue des processus

Votre profil

Vous disposez d’une solide expérience dans le domaine de l’épargne salariale.

Vous avez déjà exercé des fonctions managériales ou vous souhaitez évoluer vers un rôle d’encadrement.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre leadership, votre sens de l’organisation et votre capacité à arbitrer.

Vous appréciez le travail collectif et le pilotage d’équipe dans un environnement exigeant et dynamique

Le poste est basé au 30 rue des vallées à Brunoy (91800)

Fourchette de rémunération : 46/48K

Nos collaborateurs bénéficient jusqu’à 2 jours de télétravail, d’horaires flexibles, de 25 jours de congés et 22/23 jours de RTT par an, d’un accord d’intéressement avec un abondement par l’entreprise, d’un restaurant d’entreprise, d'un parking sécurisé avec des bornes de recharges, de chèques CESU, d’une participation au transport collectif
