The posting

Vous êtes rattaché à l’équipe Support au sein du département ELS (Epargne Longue Salariale et Retraite).

Votre mission principale est de garantir le bon fonctionnement des outils de production de l’ELS (systèmes NOEE / Alto). Vous assurez le support de premier niveau auprès des utilisateurs, en prenant en charge les incidents et les demandes via un outil de ticketing, et en assurant leur suivi jusqu’à leur résolution.

L’équipe Support intervient sur de nombreux sujets et assure la coordination avec différents interlocuteurs, notamment notre prestataire informatique ainsi que les différentes entités du Groupe Crédit Agricole.

Vous participez également au suivi des recettes et des livraisons en amont de la mise en production des évolutions et des correctifs de notre environnement de travail.

Activités principales :

· Centraliser, analyser et traiter les incidents et demandes adressés au Support

· Concevoir, faire évoluer et déployer des maquettes (emails, SMS, documents éditiques ASPOSE)

· Piloter la résolution des incidents auprès de notre prestataire informatique

· Organiser la recette et suivre les livraisons tout au long de l’année

Profil recherché :

De formation Bac+2 minimum, vous avez idéalement une première expérience dans le secteur de la banque, dans la relation client ou la gestion des tâches du back-office. Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils bureautiques (notamment Excel) Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et méthodique, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre aisance relationnelle et votre sens du service client.

Le poste est basé au 30 rue des vallées à Brunoy (91).

Rémunération : 40 353€ brut

Compétences techniques :

· Expérience dans le paramétrage, l’AMOA, le traitement de tickets d’incidents (ServiceNow et Jira)

· Maîtrise de l'environnement « Epargne Salariale » à travers l'applicatif NOEE

· Connaissances en éditique (technologie ASPOSE)

· Maitrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Access, VBA)

· Requêtage / extraction de données
