1、机电一体化、机械设计等相关专业本科及以上学历，接受优秀应届生； 2、会使用机械设计软件，如SolidWorks和AutoCAD。了解相关内容者优先考虑：行业常用材料性能和加工工艺、常用材料的表面处理方式及运用场景、使用尺寸链分析、质量控制和成本控制等技术； 3、会使用仿真软件进行静力学分析和模态分析，利用仿真软件进行流体仿真和热仿真； 4、了解机加工工艺、各种工艺能达到的精度范围、精密零部件的检验方法； 5、具有良好的团队协作精神，能够与跨部门团队有效沟通与合作。
