Bij Change zijn we continu op zoek naar enthousiaste Franstalige klantenservice medewerkers die het verschil willen maken voor de klanten van onze opdrachtgevers. Ben jij klantgericht, communicatief sterk en op zoek naar een baan met goede arbeidsvoorwaarden en doorgroeimogelijkheden? Dan maken we graag kennis met je!

Als Franstalige klantenservice medewerker ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je helpt hen telefonisch en per e-mail met uiteenlopende vragen en zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant de best mogelijke service ontvangt.

Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist dat maakt deze functie zo leuk!

Wat ga je doen?

Als Franstalige klantenservice medewerker:

  • Beantwoord je vragen van Franstalige klanten via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Denk je mee over passende oplossingen.
  • Zorg je voor een uitstekende klantbeleving.
  • Verwerk je klantgegevens nauwkeurig in verschillende systemen.
  • Werk je samen met een enthousiast team waarin kwaliteit en service centraal staan.

Wie zoeken wij?

Jij bent iemand die:

  • Vloeiend Frans spreekt en schrijft.
  • Nederlands of Engels goed beheerst.
  • Klantvriendelijk en communicatief sterk is.
  • Oplossingsgericht denkt.
  • Graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kan werken.
  • Ervaring in klantenservice heeft (pré, geen vereiste).
  • Minimaal MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau heeft.
