Voor een snelgroeiend e-commerce merk gespecialiseerd in dekbedden en slaapcomfort zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Klantenservice Medewerker. Je komt terecht in een ambitieus team waar klanttevredenheid voorop staat en waar je iedere dag bijdraagt aan een uitstekende klantbeleving. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je krijgt volop de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Klantenservice Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Via telefoon en e-mail help je klanten met vragen over onder andere:

  • Bestellingen en leveringen
  • Retouren en terugbetalingen
  • Productinformatie en advies
  • Klachten en servicevragen
  • Administratieve afhandeling van klantcontact

Je denkt actief mee met de klant, biedt passende oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant met een goed gevoel verder kan. Daarnaast verzamel je waardevolle feedback en draag je ideeën aan om onze dienstverlening continu te verbeteren.

Wie ben jij?

✅Je hebt minimaal MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau.

✅Je bent fulltime beschikbaar.

✅Je communiceert klantgericht, professioneel en duidelijk.

✅Pools: C1-niveau (professioneel klantcontact)

✅Nederlands: C1-niveau (professioneel klantcontact en om intern met collega's en teamleider te kunnen communiceren)

✅Engels: pré

✅Ervaring binnen klantenservice, e-commerce of administratie is mooi meegenomen.

✅Je werkt nauwkeurig en kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden.

✅Je bent oplossingsgericht, proactief en denkt in mogelijkheden.

✅Je werkt graag samen, maar kunt ook zelfstandig goed uit de voeten.
