The posting

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a multinational company based in Prague that is seeking to onboard a Slovenian-speaker Inside Business Partner Manager to join their team. As a native Slovenian speaker, the successful candidate will own a portfolio of partners selling PC and print products and services, driving their year-on-year sales growth within a multinational partner-program environment.

Position: Inside Business Partner Manager

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a portfolio of partners, developing their business to sell PC and print products and services, driving YoY growth
  • Proactively and regularly call partners to identify potential and increase sales
  • Actively search for business opportunities, manage pricing and guide partners through the entire sales cycle
  • Educate partners on new products and features
  • Respond promptly and accurately to calls and emails from resellers, building professional business relationships
  • Ensure partners meet Partner Program requirements, including technical/sales certification and revenue thresholds
  • Manage partner forecasting and track partner performance using internal tools
  • Monitor execution of partner marketing plans and co-marketing investment, reviewing proposals and ROI
  • Register and onboard IT resellers to the Partner Program

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native Slovenian speaker, fluent in English
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous sales experience, preferably B2B
  • Positive attitude and strong goal orientation
  • Able to work independently with minimal direction as well as part of a team
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting workload
