职位职责 - 在 Atoms 的真实业务中主导关键词发现、页面诊断、内容处理、内链建议和发布校验，对方案、上线和结果复盘负责，并通过收录、排名、自然流量和转化判断方法是否真正有效。 - 把验证有效的 SEO 方法拆成 Agent 可调用的任务、工具和接口，完善输入输出、异常处理和评测，让 Atoms 用户能够稳定复用，而不是停留在一次性脚本。 - 从 0 搭建 SEO 页面的规模化生成、更新和生命周期管理流程，处理模板、字段、URL、内链和站点地图等规则，并根据搜索需求、索引表现和页面价值控制页面质量。 - 将技术 SEO 检查接入发布流程，覆盖 Canonical、Meta、H 标签、结构化数据、Robots.txt、XML Sitemap 和页面性能，并为高风险问题建立发布前校验和回滚机制。 - 接入网站爬虫、Google Search Console、GA4 和 CMS，关联页面改动与抓取、收录、排名、点击和转化结果，形成可追踪的数据闭环，并用真实效果持续改进 Agent。

你将直接使用真实站点、流量和用户反馈验证产品能力，并拥有从问题拆解、工程实现到结果验证的完整空间。我们更看重你能把模糊的 SEO 或产品问题拆清楚并亲手上线；同时日常需使用 Claude Code、Codex 等 AI 编程工具提升交付速度，同时通过测试、评测和代码审查对页面质量、数据口径及代码细节负责，并能阅读英文技术文档。 - 本科及以上学历，3 年以上软件开发经验；独立负责过服务、工具或产品从 0 到 1 上线，并能说明自己的关键贡献、技术决策和结果。 - 具备后端或全栈能力，熟悉 Python、Go、JavaScript / TypeScript 中至少一种，能够独立完成接口、服务、数据处理、测试和部署。 - 实际开发并上线过 LLM 或 Agent 应用，涉及工具调用、工作流、状态管理、异常处理、效果评测或线上监控中的多个环节，而不只是调用模型 API 或搭建界面。 - 在网页抓取、技术 SEO、pSEO 或 CMS 自动化中至少具备一项真实项目经验，并理解 HTML、页面渲染、抓取索引和常见技术 SEO 问题；不要求同时精通全部方向。 - 熟悉 API 接入、数据处理和 SQL，能够建立可追踪的数据链路，并综合分析自然流量、收录、排名和转化结果，定位问题并验证改动效果。 加分项：做过大规模页面、海外 SEO、搜索增长、SaaS、开发者产品或 AI 应用项目；能够展示项目链接、关键指标或复盘材料，并清楚说明个人贡献。
