本岗位主要负责电解液自动化实验大装置的现场运营及技术管理，覆盖自动配液、电导率检测、扣式电池组装、电池测试及相关理化检测等实验工站。 岗位需要具备扎实的化学或电池实验基础、自动化设备操作维护能力及现场团队管理能力，能够将客户研发需求转化为可执行的实验任务，组织实验人员完成实验，并通过数据分析、工艺优化与异常处理，持续提升实验质量、设备稳定性及运行效率。 【岗位职责】 1、实验需求转化与任务统筹： 对接客户及研发团队，理解电解液配方、电池组装及性能测试等实验需求，将其转化为具体实验方案、操作流程、设备参数和执行任务，组织操作员完成日常实验计划。 2、自动化设备操作与运维： 熟练掌握自动配液工站、自动扣电组装工站、电池测试柜、自动电导测试工站，以及酸度计、水分仪、密度计等设备的操作与维护；能够独立完成日常点位调试、设备巡检、基础校准、故障排查及常见报错处理，并配合设备供应商解决复杂设备问题。 3、实验物料与耗材管理： 熟悉电解液原料、扣电正负极壳、弹片、垫片、移液枪头、配液瓶等物料与耗材的准备、分类、存储及使用规范；掌握可复用实验器具的正确清洗、烘干与干燥保存方法。负责日常物料库存清点、消耗记录与台账维护，根据实验计划及物料消耗情况设置安全库存，及时进行库存不足预警并提出采购申请，跟进物料到货及验收，避免因物料短缺影响实验进度，确保物料供应及时、账实一致、使用可追溯。 4、实验数据分析与工艺优化： 熟悉电池测试数据的导出、整理及基础分析，能够结合容量、库伦效率、循环性能、内阻等指标识别实验异常，开展初步失效分析，并根据实验结果持续优化配液、扣电组装及电池测试等工艺参数。 5、标准化流程与质量管理： 负责实验操作规范（SOP）、工艺参数、设备维护记录和异常处理方法的整理与持续完善，推动实验流程标准化，确保实验数据真实、完整、可追溯。 6、实验人员管理与培训： 负责实验操作员的日常工作安排、任务分配、技能培训和操作考核，指导团队规范完成实验操作、设备维护和故障处理，提升团队独立作业能力与整体工作效率。 7、实验室安全与5S管理： 统筹实验室日常安全管理、5S现场管理及设备清洁维护，熟悉化学品安全操作及废弃物（固废、液废）的分类、收集、暂存与合规处置流程，及时识别并整改安全隐患。 8、跨团队沟通与协作： 与客户、算法研发团队、软件开发团队及设备供应商保持有效沟通，及时反馈实验执行情况、设备运行问题及工艺改进需求，推动实验流程和自动化系统持续优化。

1、 本科及以上学历，化学、应用化学、化学工程与工艺、材料科学、电化学、自动化等相关专业； 2、具有2年以上化学实验、电池制造、自动化设备运维或相关工艺工程经验；有锂电池、电解液、化工等行业工厂工艺员、工艺工程师、设备工程师或生产班组管理经验者优先。 3、设备与实验能力： 具有较强的动手能力，熟悉自动化实验设备的操作、日常维护、基础调试及常见故障处理；具备电解液配制、电池组装、理化检测或电池性能测试相关实践经验者优先。 4、数据与工艺分析能力： 具备基本的实验数据处理、异常分析及工艺优化能力，能够熟练使用Excel等工具进行数据整理与分析，具备电池测试数据分析及失效分析经验者优先。 5、组织与沟通能力： 具备良好的任务统筹、现场协调和跨团队沟通能力，能够准确理解研发或客户实验需求并组织落地；有操作员培训、班组管理或供应商对接经验者优先。 6、安全与规范意识： 熟悉实验室安全管理、设备操作规范、化学品及废弃物管理要求，具备较强的质量意识、责任心和标准化作业意识。 7、其他要求： 工作踏实、执行力强，能够深入实验现场，主动发现并解决实际问题，适应自动化实验室持续迭代和多设备协同运行的工作环境。
