LE POSTE

Description du poste :

Vous êtes un(e) vrai(e) commercial(e) ? Rejoignez nous, pour vendre notre solution aux PME françaises et belges depuis Casablanca. Poste 100 % vente : prospection, démonstrations, négociation et closing, avec une rémunération variable sur vos résultats. Aucune compétence technique ou en développement informatique requise.

Vous identifiez des PME, menez des démonstrations auprès des décideurs, négociez et concluez les ventes. Vous êtes responsable de votre pipeline, de la première prise de contact jusqu'à la signature.

Responsabilités :

  • Prospecter à froid et ouvrir de nouveaux comptes (téléphone, LinkedIn, e-mail)
  • Négocier et conclure les ventes pour atteindre vos objectifs commerciaux
  • Suivre votre pipeline et vos indicateurs de vente dans le CRM
  • Remonter les retours clients à l'équipe produit

Profil recherché :

  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en vente B2B, idéalement en SaaS ou en solutions digitales
  • Vrai tempérament de closer : à l'aise en prospection comme en négociation
  • Expérience de vente vers la France ou la Belgique appréciée
  • Français courant à l'oral et à l'écrit, anglais professionnel (le néerlandais est un plus)
  • Autonome, organisé(e), orienté(e) résultats et objectifs chiffrés
