A Elevus encontra-se a recrutar para uma posição de Diretor de Qualidade, para integração numa empresa do setor alimentar.

A função terá responsabilidade pela definição, implementação e acompanhamento do sistema de qualidade, garantindo o cumprimento dos requisitos legais, normativos e internos, com particular enfoque na norma BRC Food.

Função

Será responsável pela gestão global da área da Qualidade, coordenando a equipa, assegurando a conformidade dos processos e promovendo uma cultura de rigor e melhoria contínua em toda a organização.

Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver e implementar sistemas, procedimentos e práticas de qualidade de acordo com a norma BRC Food;
  • Coordenar e acompanhar a equipa de Qualidade;
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos requisitos legais, regulamentares e normativos aplicáveis;
  • Planear e realizar auditorias e avaliações internas;
  • Acompanhar auditorias externas e processos de certificação;
  • Assegurar o controlo de matérias-primas, mercadorias e produto acabado;
  • Monitorizar o desempenho dos produtos e dos processos;
  • Analisar indicadores de qualidade e preparar reporting;
  • Identificar, analisar e investigar reclamações de clientes;
  • Definir e acompanhar ações corretivas e preventivas;
  • Identificar desvios e promover medidas de melhoria;
  • Garantir a articulação entre os diferentes departamentos na manutenção dos standards de qualidade;
  • Promover uma cultura de melhoria contínua e cumprimento dos procedimentos definidos.

Perfil

MUST HAVE

  • Formação superior em Gestão da Qualidade ou área equivalente;
  • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em funções de Direção ou Responsabilidade de Qualidade;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos da norma BRC Food;
  • Experiência na implementação e acompanhamento de sistemas de gestão da qualidade;
  • Experiência na realização e acompanhamento de auditorias;
  • Conhecimento dos requisitos legais e normativos aplicáveis ao setor alimentar;
  • Experiência na análise de não conformidades, reclamações e ações corretivas;
  • Capacidade de liderança e gestão de equipa;
  • Boa capacidade analítica e de tomada de decisão;
  • Boa capacidade de organização, comunicação e gestão de prioridades.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experiência em empresas da indústria alimentar;
  • Experiência em processos de certificação BRC Food;
  • Experiência em controlo de matérias-primas e produto acabado;
  • Experiência na definição e acompanhamento de KPIs de qualidade;
  • Conhecimentos de outras normas ou sistemas de segurança alimentar;
  • Experiência em contextos industriais com forte exigência regulatória.

Perfil procurado

Procuramos um perfil experiente, com capacidade para liderar a área da Qualidade com autonomia e garantir a aplicação consistente dos requisitos e procedimentos em toda a organização.

Será particularmente valorizada experiência prática com BRC Food, capacidade para trabalhar transversalmente com diferentes departamentos e uma abordagem orientada para prevenção, melhoria contínua e resolução de problemas.
