A Elevus encontra-se a recrutar para uma posição de Gestor de Projetos, com foco em melhoria contínua, otimização de processos e acompanhamento transversal de iniciativas.

A função terá responsabilidade pelo planeamento, estruturação e execução de projetos, articulando diferentes equipas e stakeholders e garantindo o cumprimento dos objetivos, prazos, recursos e indicadores definidos.

Função

Será responsável por acompanhar projetos de ponta a ponta, desde a fase de kick-off até à implementação, assegurando o alinhamento entre equipas, controlo de riscos, acompanhamento de desvios e comunicação regular com os principais stakeholders.

Terá também um papel ativo na identificação e implementação de oportunidades de melhoria de processos, com foco em eficiência, produtividade, qualidade e simplificação.

Responsabilidades

  • Planear, estruturar e acompanhar projetos desde o kick-off até à implementação;
  • Definir objetivos, âmbito, entregáveis, cronogramas, recursos e indicadores de sucesso;
  • Coordenar equipas multidisciplinares;
  • Assegurar o alinhamento entre as diferentes áreas envolvidas;
  • Gerir prioridades, dependências, riscos, problemas e alterações de âmbito;
  • Monitorizar a evolução dos projetos;
  • Acompanhar custos, recursos, orçamento e potenciais desvios;
  • Definir e acompanhar planos de mitigação sempre que necessário;
  • Preparar reporting de acompanhamento para gestão e stakeholders;
  • Facilitar reuniões de projeto;
  • Garantir o registo de decisões, responsabilidades e follow-ups;
  • Promover uma comunicação clara entre equipas técnicas, negócio, fornecedores e restantes stakeholders;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua;
  • Propor soluções de otimização de processos e formas de trabalho;
  • Contribuir para o aumento da produtividade, qualidade e eficiência;
  • Analisar resultados dos projetos e promover ações de melhoria;
  • Incentivar práticas de simplificação, standardização e otimização de processos.

Perfil

MUST HAVE

  • Formação superior em Gestão Industrial, Gestão de Processos, Engenharia Civil, Engenharia Mecânica ou área semelhante;
  • Boa capacidade de organização, planeamento e acompanhamento;
  • Capacidade para gerir várias prioridades em simultâneo;
  • Boa capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas;
  • Capacidade para trabalhar com diferentes equipas e stakeholders;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e negociação;
  • Autonomia e orientação para resultados;
  • Capacidade de tomada de decisão;
  • Capacidade para atuar em contextos de pressão ou mudança;
  • Bons conhecimentos de ferramentas de gestão de projetos e colaboração;
  • Bons conhecimentos de inglês, falado e escrito.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experiência profissional em gestão de projetos ou função semelhante;
  • Experiência em melhoria contínua;
  • Experiência em otimização de processos;
  • Experiência em transformação organizacional;
  • Experiência na gestão de orçamento, custos e recursos;
  • Experiência na coordenação de equipas multidisciplinares;
  • Conhecimentos de metodologias de melhoria contínua ou gestão de projetos.

Procuramos capacidade para estruturar projetos, acompanhar a execução com rigor e manter diferentes equipas alinhadas em torno dos objetivos definidos.

Será particularmente valorizada uma abordagem orientada para melhoria contínua, com capacidade para identificar ineficiências, questionar processos existentes e implementar soluções mais simples, eficazes e sustentáveis.
