A função terá uma forte componente de liderança operacional, coordenação técnica e desenvolvimento comercial, com responsabilidade pela equipa, pelos clientes e pelo planeamento das atividades.

Função

Será responsável pela direção operacional e comercial da equipa, garantindo a correta execução dos trabalhos técnicos, o acompanhamento dos clientes e o cumprimento dos objetivos definidos.

A posição exige experiência consolidada na coordenação de equipas e capacidade de combinar conhecimento técnico com visão comercial e orientação para resultados.

Responsabilidades

  • Assegurar a direção operacional e comercial da equipa;
  • Coordenar trabalhos técnicos na área eletrotécnica;
  • Planear e supervisionar atividades de manutenção e instalação elétrica;
  • Gerir e acompanhar clientes;
  • Identificar necessidades e oportunidades junto da carteira de clientes;
  • Desenvolver relações comerciais de longo prazo;
  • Acompanhar a qualidade e execução dos trabalhos;
  • Garantir a correta alocação de recursos e prioridades;
  • Apoiar a resolução de problemas técnicos e operacionais;
  • Tomar decisões com autonomia no âmbito da operação;
  • Acompanhar o desempenho da equipa e promover a melhoria contínua;
  • Assegurar o cumprimento dos objetivos operacionais e comerciais.

Perfil

MUST HAVE

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia Eletrotécnica ou formação equivalente;
  • Mínimo de 10 anos de experiência em coordenação de equipas;
  • Experiência sólida em contexto eletrotécnico;
  • Experiência em planeamento e supervisão de atividades de manutenção e/ou instalação elétrica;
  • Experiência na gestão e acompanhamento de clientes;
  • Forte capacidade de liderança e gestão de pessoas;
  • Perfil comercial e orientação para resultados;
  • Capacidade de organização, planeamento e tomada de decisão;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento;
  • Autonomia e capacidade de resolução de problemas.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Inscrição na Ordem dos Engenheiros;
  • Experiência em direção de operações;
  • Experiência na gestão comercial de contratos ou clientes;
  • Experiência na gestão de equipas técnicas de dimensão relevante;
  • Experiência em contextos de manutenção técnica, instalações elétricas ou facility services.

Perfil procurado

Procuramos um perfil claramente sénior, com capacidade para liderar simultaneamente as componentes técnicas, operacionais e comerciais da função.

Será particularmente valorizada experiência na gestão de equipas técnicas e no acompanhamento direto de clientes, com capacidade para criar relações de confiança, identificar oportunidades e garantir a execução dos trabalhos com qualidade.
