Wir suchen ab sofort zur direkten Vermittlung an unseren Kunden in Köln einen

Buchhalter (m/w/d) für Kreditoren / Debitoren / Abschlüsse

  • Du arbeitest im internationalen Finance-Team und übernimmst die operativen Buchhaltungsaufgaben für die deutsche GmbH im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Als zentrale Ansprechperson beantwortest du interne sowie externe Fragen rund um buchhalterische Themen.
  • Dabei stehst du in engem Austausch mit dem Vice President Finance & Operations sowie den Kolleg:innen der belgischen Gesellschaft.
  • Zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich gehören sämtliche laufenden Buchungsvorgänge, insbesondere in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung, der Anlagen- und Bestandsführung, im Bankwesen sowie im Hauptbuch.
  • Du steuerst den Zahlungsverkehr und betreust das Mahnwesen.
  • Du kontierst und verbuchst alle relevanten Geschäftsvorfälle sorgfältig und termingerecht.
  • Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen prüfst, erfasst und genehmigst du im Rahmen der Prozesse.
  • Du übernimmst die Abwicklung und Abstimmung von Intercompany-Abrechnungen innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe.
  • Zudem wirkst du bei der Erstellung und Kontrolle von Lagerbewertungen sowie der Bestandsbewertung mit.
  • Außerdem unterstützt du bei vorbereitenden Tätigkeiten für Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse.
  • Du wirkst aktiv bei der geplanten Systemumstellung von Sage auf SAP mit, um ein zentralisiertes Finanz- und Reporting-System aufzubauen.
  • Du führst Abstimmungen im Hauptbuch durch, erstellst Journalbuchungen und kontrollierst die Debitoren- und Kreditorenkonten.
  • Darüber hinaus fungierst du als verantwortliche Kontaktperson im Rahmen von Finanz- und Betriebsprüfungen.
  • Sprachen: Du kommunizierst sicher und professionell auf Deutsch und Englisch – beides ist für diese Position unverzichtbar.
  • Qualifikation: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r, Kauffrau/Kaufmann oder Bilanzbuchhalter:in und verfügst über mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung einer in Deutschland geführten GmbH nach HGB, inklusive der zugehörigen Steuerbuchhaltung. Erfahrung im Import- und Exportbereich ist ein zusätzlicher Vorteil.
  • Audits: Du bist vertraut mit der Begleitung und Durchführung internationaler Prüfungen und unterstützt diese strukturiert und zielorientiert. Kenntnisse in der IFRS-Berichterstattung sind dabei ein Plus.
  • Tools: Der sichere Umgang mit Finanzsoftware wie SAP und DATEV Unternehmen Online gehört zu deinem Arbeitsalltag. Idealerweise bringst du auch Erfahrung mit Sage mit.
  • Flexibilität: Du bist bereit, regelmäßig unsere Niederlassung in Belgien zu besuchen und vor Ort im Austausch mit den Kolleg:innen zu arbeiten.
  • Problemlösungsorientierung: Du erkennst Potenziale zur Optimierung von Prozessen, bringst eigene Verbesserungsvorschläge ein und unterstützt damit aktiv das Wachstum sowie die finanzielle Stabilität des Unternehmens.
