Aktuell suchen wir für unseren Kunden einen erfahrenen Buchhalter (m/w/d) in Festanstellung zur Direktvermittlung ohne Arbeitnehmerüberlassung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Verantwortung für die laufende Buchhaltung mehrerer Gesellschaften
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten und fristgerechten Abwicklung aller buchhalterischen Prozesse
  • Prüfung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen, Abwicklung von Zahlungsverkehr und Mahnwesen
  • Erstellung von Reisekosten- und Kreditkartenabrechnungen
  • Kontenabstimmung sowie Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
  • Unterstützung bei Anlagenbuchhaltung, bilanziellen Fragestellungen und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Statistiken und Prognosen

Als Buchhalter (m/w/d) genießen Sie hier eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem Umfeld, das Wertschätzung, Weiterentwicklung und langfristige Sicherheit vereint.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Steuerfachangestellter, Buchhalter oder idealerweise Bilanzbuchhalter
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, vorzugsweise mit Brancheneinblick in die Energie- und Umweltwirtschaft
  • Alternativ bringen Sie eine ähnliche berufliche Qualifikation mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung mit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit HGB-Bilanzierung
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics NAV oder einer Softwarelösung aus der Energie- und Umweltwirtschaft wie die NTS.suite sind von Vorteil
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office, besonders Excel
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit Zahlenaffinität
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
