Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalter (m/w/d)

per Arbeitnehmerüberlassung mit der Option auf Übernahme.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung und Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Pflege und Verwaltung der Mitarbeiterstammdaten und der Zeitwirtschaft
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen und allgemeiner Korrespondenz
  • Anlage und Pflege digitaler Personalakten
  • Ansprechpartnerin bzw. Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte, Mitarbeitende und Behörden bei abrechnungsrelevanten Themen
  • Unterstützung bei personalwirtschaftlichen Auswertungen und Berichten

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch Weiterbildung im Bereich Lohn und Gehalt sowie Erfahrung in der Umsetzung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozial- und Lohnsteuerrecht sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Genauigkeit
  • Diskreter und vertrauensvoller Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an Teamarbeit
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
