Wir suchen ab sofort per Direktvermittlung zu einer großen Wirtschaftskanzlei in Köln einen

Office Manager (m/w/d) Operations

  • Leitung des Operationsteams vom eigenen Standort in Köln an zwei anderen Standorten
  • Verantwortung für sämtliche Aufgaben des Gebäudemanagements inklusive Raumplanung, Koordination interner Veränderungen und baulicher Anpassungen
  • Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern und Lieferanten sowie Prüfung von Rechnungen, Planung und Überwachung des Budgets
  • Organisation administrativer Abläufe wie Verwaltung der Schließanlagen und Parkplatzkoordination
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsarzt sowie Verantwortung für Themen rund um Sicherheit und Gesundheit am Arbeitsplatz

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Qualifikation aus dem Immobilien oder Bürobereich, alternativ ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Erfahrung im Facility oder Immobilienmanagement
  • Vorteilhaft sind Weiterbildungen im Projektmanagement oder in der Arbeitssicherheit
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Gebäuden wünschenswert
  • Hohe organisatorische Kompetenz und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Teamorientiertes und sicheres Auftreten sowie breites technisches Verständnis
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office Programmen wie Excel, Word und PowerPoint
