Wir suchen ab sofort zur direkten Vermittlung an unseren Kooperationspartner in Köln/Bonn/Siegen Verstärkung als

Geschäftsführer (m/w/d) Garten- & Landschaftsbaubetriebe

Als Geschäftsführer verantworten Sie die operative und strategische Leitung eines Unternehmens mit über 100 engagierten Fachkräften in den Bereichen Tiefbau, Straßenbau und Landschaftsbau. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen insbesondere:

  1. Unternehmensführung und strategische Entwicklung
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Gesamtunternehmens sowohl operativ als auch strategisch
  • Mitwirkung an der Unternehmensstrategie sowie Sicherstellung der konsequenten Umsetzung
  • Identifizierung von Wachstumschancen und Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Profitabilität

2. Vertragsmanagement und kaufmännische Prozesse

  • Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen und Gestaltung von Verträgen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung bestehender kaufmännischer Prozesse

3. Führung und Zusammenarbeit

  • Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter
  • Förderung einer leistungsorientierten, motivierenden Unternehmenskultur

4. IT und Digitalisierung

  • Impulsgeber und Verantwortlicher für IT-Themen und Digitalisierungsstrategien
  • Einführung innovativer Technologien zur Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Landschaftsarchitektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Position im Bauwesen, idealerweise im Tief-, Straßen- oder Landschaftsbau
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der strategischen Unternehmensführung und operativen Steuerung
  • Erfahrung in der Vertragsgestaltung und -verhandlung im Bauwesen
  • Praxis in der Digitalisierung und Optimierung kaufmännischer Prozesse
  • Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken mit starkem Ergebnis- und Kostenbewusstsein
  • Führungserfahrung mit nachweislicher Kompetenz in der Motivation und Entwicklung von Teams
  • Sicherer Umgang mit modernen IT-Systemen und digitalen Prozessen
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
