Für dieses Unternehmen in der Nähe vom Schokoladenmuseum suchen wir im Rahmen der langfristigen Arbeitnehmerüberlassung in Vollzeit der Teilzeit mit mindestens 25 Wochenstunden einen

Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für das Controlling

Sie bringen ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge mit und verfügen über folgende Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen:

  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV Unternehmen online
  • Vertrautheit mit gängiger Steuerungssoftware für Planungsbüros Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung mit einer Controllingsoftware
  • Gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Regelwerke Insbesondere BGB, HGB und Steuerrecht Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Rechtsverordnungen
  • Versierter Umgang mit Excel und ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit
  • Erfahrung in der Zuarbeit zu Jahresabschlüssen
  • Praxis in der Erstellung und Auswertung von Investitions- und Budgetplanungen

Sie verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und bringen folgende Qualifikationen mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen, idealerweise in der Branche der Industriellen Fertigung oder im Bau- und Planungsumfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV online
  • Teamfähigkeit, verstanden als aktiver Beitrag zum gemeinsamen Projekterfolg und zum positiven Miteinander im Unternehmen
  • Analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen
  • Eigenständige, präzise und gut strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gutes Zeit- und Aufgabenmanagement
