Steuerfachangestellte (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortliche Bearbeitung der Finanzbuchhaltung einschließlich laufender Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Prüfung, Abstimmung und Verwaltung der Zahlungsströme, inklusive Mahnwesen und Rechnungsworkflow
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Kostenstellen- und Kostenträgerzuordnungen zur Unterstützung der internen Steuerung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an monatlichen und jährlichen Abschlussarbeiten nach HGB
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung kaufmännischer Abläufe im Unternehmen
  • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung
  • Zuverlässige Organisation und Koordination des kaufmännischen Tagesgeschäfts sowie Abstimmung mit dem CFO, dem Steuerberater und externen Kooperationspartnern

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte, alternativ eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterqualifikation in der Buchhaltung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, gerne aus einem mittelständischen oder handwerksnahen Umfeld.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Kreditoren‑ und Debitorenbuchhaltung, der Kostenrechnung und der Vorbereitung von Lohnabrechnungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Finanzbuchhaltungs- und Rechnungswesensystemen und MS Office
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Business-Intelligenc-Tools ist vorteilhaft
  • Persönlich zeichnen Sie sich durch Sorgfalt, analytische Arbeitsweise, Verlässlichkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit aus
