Deine Aufgaben – Kommunikation mit Herz & Erfolg im Vertrieb

  • Kundengewinnung und Betreuung: Sie begeistern Führungskräfte in kleinen und mittelständischen Unternehmen für eine sehr nachhaltige Betreuung in den Bereichen Führung sowie Struktur und sorgen mit persönlicher Betreuung dafür, dass bestehende Beziehungen langfristig wachsen
  • Neukundengewinnung: Sie gehen aktiv auf Menschen zu, sprechen potenzielle Neukunden telefonisch, direkt vor Ort oder per Social Media an und präsentieren das Unternehmen mit seinem Angebot gezielt ins Spiel – mit dem Ziel, neue Verträge abzuschließen
  • Beratung mit Persönlichkeit: Sie erkennen die individuellen Bedürfnisse jedes Kunden und entwickeln passgenaue Lösungen, die nachhaltig überzeugen
  • Gebietsaufbau: Sie bauen in Ihrem Vertriebsgebiet eine starke Präsenz auf und pflegen Kontakte durch regelmäßige Besuche und persönliche Gespräche
  • Zielorientiertes Arbeiten: Sie analysieren Ihre Ergebnisse, erkennen Chancen und optimieren kontinuierlich Ihre Vorgehensweise, um das Beste aus dem Potenzial herauszuholen
