En Coforge estamos buscando Business Analyst (#20789-1-6) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Diseñar, optimizar y evolucionar los journeys de cliente y flujos conversacionales del asistente virtual.
  • Identificar puntos de fricción, dolores y oportunidades de mejora mediante el análisis de conversaciones, sesiones y métricas.
  • Definir y documentar los AS-IS / TO-BE de los flujos conversacionales, alineados a objetivos de negocio y experiencia.
  • Traducir insights de cliente y análisis de datos en requerimientos funcionales y técnicos claros para los equipos de Producto, Data y Tecnología.
  • Colaborar en la implementación de soluciones basadas en Inteligencia Artificial, incluyendo NLU/NLP, prompts, respuestas contextuales y automatización.
  • Definir, monitorear y analizar indicadores de desempeño, midiendo el impacto de las mejoras e impulsando la mejora continua basada en datos.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Profesionales de Ing. de Sistemas, Industrial, Administración o similares, con +3 años de experiencia en roles afines.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de CX digital y diseño conversacional para chatbots o asistentes virtuales.
  • Conocimiento funcional de NLP/NLU y de flujos de automatización conversacional.
  • Conocimientos de SQL para análisis de datos de conversaciones y sesiones.
  • Dominio de Power BI, Excel u otras.
  • Conocimiento funcional de Inteligencia Artificial aplicada a CX, incluyendo modelos conversacionales, IA generativa y clasificación de intenciones.
  • Experiencia en análisis y modelado de procesos (AS-IS / TO-BE, BPMN).
  • Experiencia en redacción de historias de usuario y casos de uso.
