En Coforge estamos buscando Technical Project Manager (#20801-10-1) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Liderar la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos tecnológicos.
  • Gestionar riesgos, dependencias, cronogramas y entregables asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos del proyecto.
  • Mantener una comunicación efectiva con stakeholders internos y externos.
  • Acompañar, mentorizar y desarrollar equipos de ingeniería y líderes técnicos.
  • Promover buenas prácticas de desarrollo de software y excelencia técnica.
  • Facilitar la adopción de procesos, estándares de calidad, gobierno y metodologías de entrega.
  • Liderar ceremonias Agile y Scrum impulsando la mejora continua de los equipos.
  • Participar en discusiones técnicas y apoyar la definición de soluciones tecnológicas.
  • Coordinar actividades entre equipos multidisciplinarios para asegurar entregas exitosas.
  • Actuar como puente entre las necesidades del negocio y la ejecución tecnológica.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software.
  • Experiencia sólida trabajando con tecnologías Java.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como Project Manager, Delivery Lead, Technical Lead o posiciones similares.
  • Experiencia liderando proyectos de desarrollo de software.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías Agile y Scrum.
  • Conocimiento del ciclo de vida de desarrollo de software (SDLC).
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos tecnológicos y equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Experiencia realizando gestión de riesgos y seguimiento de entregables.
  • Experiencia trabajando con clientes corporativos o enterprise.
  • Experiencia realizando coaching y mentoring a equipos de ingeniería.
  • Capacidad para comprender y participar en discusiones técnicas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
  • Experiencia gestionando stakeholders y expectativas del cliente.

Perfil ideal

  • Ex Senior Java Developer o Technical Lead que haya evolucionado hacia roles de liderazgo y gestión de proyectos.
  • Experiencia combinando visión técnica con gestión de delivery.
  • Capacidad para conectar las necesidades del negocio con la ejecución tecnológica.
  • Experiencia impulsando prácticas ágiles, estándares de ingeniería y procesos de mejora continua.
  • Capacidad para liderar equipos técnicos manteniendo foco en calidad, productividad y satisfacción del cliente.
