En Coforge estamos buscando Technical Lead (#20799-6-4) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Liderar técnicamente squads ágiles y equipos de desarrollo multidisciplinarios.
  • Diseñar y validar arquitecturas de solución alineadas a los objetivos del negocio.
  • Supervisar el desarrollo de aplicaciones backend y frontend asegurando calidad, escalabilidad y mantenibilidad.
  • Realizar revisiones de código y promover buenas prácticas de ingeniería de software.
  • Definir lineamientos técnicos para arquitecturas basadas en APIs y microservicios.
  • Liderar procesos de despliegue y asegurar la adopción de prácticas DevOps.
  • Priorizar, diagnosticar y gestionar incidencias técnicas de mediana y alta complejidad.
  • Gestionar riesgos tecnológicos y proponer estrategias de mitigación.
  • Coordinar con equipos de negocio, tecnología y proveedores para asegurar la correcta ejecución de las iniciativas.
  • Impulsar la autonomía técnica del equipo mediante mentoría, acompañamiento y transferencia de conocimiento.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad y arquitectura dentro del squad.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Bachiller o Titulado en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software.
  • Mínimo 2 años liderando equipos técnicos, células ágiles o squads de desarrollo.
  • Experiencia en diseño y definición de arquitecturas de solución.
  • Experiencia desarrollando aplicaciones backend con Java.
  • Experiencia desarrollando aplicaciones frontend con ReactJS.
  • Experiencia diseñando e implementando APIs REST.
  • Experiencia construyendo soluciones basadas en microservicios.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Microsoft Azure y sus principales servicios cloud.
  • Conocimiento de prácticas DevOps y despliegues continuos.
  • Experiencia realizando revisiones de código y validación de estándares técnicos.
  • Experiencia gestionando incidencias y riesgos tecnológicos.
  • Capacidad para coordinar iniciativas entre equipos de negocio y tecnología.
  • Inglés nivel A2.

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia en proyectos del sector financiero.
  • Experiencia en programas de transformación digital.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles como Scrum o Kanban.
  • Experiencia en observabilidad, monitoreo y optimización de aplicaciones.
  • Certificaciones relacionadas con Azure, Arquitectura de Software o Liderazgo Técnico.
  • Experiencia trabajando con arquitecturas cloud-native.
