En Coforge estamos buscando Mid PMO Coordinator (#20787-11-18) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Actuar como Control Tower del portafolio asignado, brindando visibilidad integral sobre el estado de los proyectos.
  • Monitorear continuamente la salud del portafolio identificando riesgos, desviaciones, dependencias y alertas tempranas.
  • Consolidar y estandarizar indicadores, métricas y dashboards ejecutivos para una gestión efectiva del portafolio.
  • Elaborar reportes ejecutivos de alto impacto para PMO, gerencias y comités ejecutivos.
  • Presentar avances, riesgos y hallazgos en foros de seguimiento y mesas de trabajo.
  • Coordinar el seguimiento de riesgos, issues, controles de cambio e hitos críticos.
  • Participar como asesor estratégico en proyectos clave del portafolio.
  • Liderar actividades de Quality Assurance (QA) metodológico para asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares y procesos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua y promover acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Atender requerimientos relacionados con Auditoría, Riesgos y Control Interno.
  • Asegurar la calidad, consistencia e integridad de la información utilizada para la gestión del portafolio.
  • Promover la adopción de buenas prácticas, disciplina metodológica y mecanismos de seguimiento estandarizados.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Profesional de Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Sistemas o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 4 a 5 años de experiencia en PMO, gobierno de portafolios o gestión de programas y proyectos.
  • Experiencia consolidando información ejecutiva para gerencias y comités.
  • Experiencia gestionando indicadores de desempeño, KPIs y métricas de portafolio.
  • Experiencia liderando procesos de seguimiento de portafolios.
  • Experiencia participando en auditorías internas y aseguramiento metodológico.
  • Experiencia interactuando con stakeholders de diferentes niveles organizacionales.
  • Conocimiento de gobierno de proyectos y portafolios.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías Waterfall.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías Agile.
  • Experiencia en gestión de riesgos y controles.
  • Dominio avanzado de Power BI.
  • Dominio avanzado de Excel.
  • Dominio avanzado de PowerPoint.
  • Experiencia construyendo dashboards ejecutivos y reportes para toma de decisiones.
  • Experiencia utilizando herramientas PPM y gestión de portafolios.
  • Capacidad para analizar información de proyectos y generar recomendaciones de gestión.

  • Certificación PMP.
  • Certificación PMI-ACP.
  • Certificación Scrum Master.
  • Experiencia utilizando Planisware.
  • Experiencia utilizando Clarity.
  • Experiencia utilizando Monday.

  • Conocimiento de Power Apps.
  • Experiencia en organizaciones con estructuras PMO maduras.
