En Coforge estamos buscando Senior QA Automation (#15052-1-2) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Definir estrategias de QA y estándares de aseguramiento de calidad.
  • Diseñar, implementar y mantener frameworks de automatización para aplicaciones web, móviles y APIs.
  • Ejecutar pruebas funcionales, automatizadas, de integración y End-to-End.
  • Liderar actividades de pruebas de performance, carga, estrés y escalabilidad.
  • Ejecutar pruebas de seguridad y validaciones de calidad durante todo el ciclo de desarrollo.
  • Analizar defectos críticos y coordinar la resolución con equipos técnicos.
  • Gestionar métricas de calidad y seguimiento de indicadores de testing.
  • Participar en despliegues, certificaciones y validaciones productivas.
  • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, arquitectura y negocio para garantizar la calidad de las soluciones.
  • Brindar soporte técnico y acompañamiento a perfiles QA Junior y Semi Senior.
  • Participar en iniciativas correctivas, evolutivas y de mejora continua dentro de entornos BAU.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en pruebas funcionales y automatización avanzada.
  • Experiencia sólida automatizando pruebas con Java.
  • Experiencia utilizando patrón Page Object Model (POM).
  • Experiencia utilizando patrón ScreenPlay.
  • Experiencia en automatización móvil con Appium.
  • Experiencia en automatización de APIs utilizando Karate DSL.
  • Experiencia implementando automatización de APIs con Postman y Karate.
  • Dominio de BDD utilizando Gherkin y Cucumber.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en Performance Testing.
  • Experiencia demostrable utilizando JMeter.
  • Experiencia demostrable utilizando K6.
  • Experiencia ejecutando pruebas de carga, estrés y escalabilidad.
  • Capacidad para interpretar y analizar resultados de performance.
  • Experiencia desarrollando frameworks de automatización en Java.
  • Dominio de SQL para validación y análisis de información.
  • Experiencia en AWS (obligatorio).
  • Experiencia trabajando con procesos CI/CD.
  • Experiencia realizando pruebas funcionales, automatizadas y no funcionales.
  • Experiencia en entornos ágiles y proyectos de desarrollo de software.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples requerimientos en entornos operativos de alta demanda.

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia en proyectos de billetera electrónica o medios de pago digitales.
  • Experiencia con Selenium.
  • Experiencia ejecutando pruebas DAST.
  • Experiencia integrando pruebas estáticas dentro de pipelines CI/CD.
  • Experiencia en plataformas financieras o transaccionales.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de observabilidad, monitoreo y análisis de calidad.
