En Coforge estamos buscando Senior Java Developer con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones empresariales utilizando Java y arquitecturas basadas en microservicios.
  • Construir soluciones escalables y resilientes alineadas a estándares de arquitectura y calidad.
  • Diseñar e implementar APIs y componentes de integración para procesos críticos del negocio.
  • Participar en iniciativas de modernización tecnológica y transformación digital.
  • Aplicar buenas prácticas de desarrollo seguro, programación reactiva y arquitectura orientada a eventos.
  • Realizar revisiones de código y promover estándares de ingeniería dentro del equipo.
  • Optimizar el desempeño de aplicaciones, consultas y estructuras de datos.
  • Diseñar estrategias de testing y asegurar una adecuada cobertura de pruebas unitarias.
  • Participar en despliegues, soporte y resolución de incidencias complejas.
  • Contribuir a la reducción de deuda técnica y mejora continua de las aplicaciones.
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios bajo metodologías ágiles.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Mínimo 6 años de experiencia como Java Developer o Software Engineer.
  • Experiencia sólida con Java 11 y Java 17.
  • Experiencia desarrollando aplicaciones con Spring Boot.
  • Conocimiento de Spring Framework.
  • Experiencia utilizando JDBC y JPA.
  • Conocimiento de programación reactiva mediante Reactor.
  • Experiencia implementando arquitecturas de microservicios.
  • Conocimiento de Quarkus.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Apache Kafka.
  • Experiencia implementando arquitecturas orientadas a eventos (Event Driven Architecture).
  • Experiencia en optimización de bases de datos relacionales.
  • Conocimiento de control de versiones y estrategias de branching.
  • Experiencia trabajando con bases de datos NoSQL.
  • Experiencia desarrollando pruebas unitarias.
  • Conocimiento de programación segura.
  • Experiencia realizando code reviews.
  • Conocimiento de programación funcional.
  • Conocimiento de modelamiento UML.
  • Experiencia en refactorización de aplicaciones.
  • Experiencia utilizando Kiuwan o herramientas equivalentes de análisis de calidad de código.

Requisitos deseables

  • Conocimiento de patrones y anti patrones de CI/CD.
  • Experiencia diseñando bases de datos NoSQL.
  • Conocimiento de conceptos ACID y BASE.
  • Experiencia implementando integración y despliegue continuo.
  • Conocimiento de servicios Cloud, balanceadores de carga, monitoreo y autenticación.
  • Experiencia en pruebas de penetración y vulnerabilidades automatizadas.
  • Conocimiento de protocolos y componentes de red como VLAN, NAT, Gateways y ruteo.
  • Experiencia utilizando Docker Swarm o Kubernetes.
  • Experiencia con Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Conocimiento de OWASP y desarrollo seguro.
  • Experiencia con Azure Data Factory.
  • Experiencia con Databricks.
