En Coforge estamos buscando Junior Data & Automation Analyst (#20787-11-11) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Desarrollar consultas y procesos de extracción, transformación y consolidación de datos utilizando Python.
  • Elaborar y optimizar consultas SQL para validación, integración y análisis de información.
  • Diseñar y mantener modelos de datos en Power BI asegurando consistencia, calidad y trazabilidad de la información.
  • Construir dashboards e indicadores orientados a la toma de decisiones financieras y operativas.
  • Automatizar tareas y procesos de negocio utilizando Power Automate.
  • Colaborar con áreas de Finanzas, Planeamiento y Tecnología para transformar requerimientos funcionales en soluciones técnicas.
  • Realizar análisis de información para detectar oportunidades de mejora operativa.
  • Documentar procesos de integración, automatización y análisis de datos.
  • Promover buenas prácticas de gestión, calidad y gobierno de la información.
  • Brindar soporte en iniciativas de mejora continua y transformación digital.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Bachiller, Egresado o Titulado en: Ingeniería de Sistemas. Ingeniería Informática. Ingeniería Industrial. Economía. Estadística. Carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en análisis, procesamiento o automatización de datos.
  • Experiencia utilizando Python para extracción y procesamiento de datos.
  • Conocimiento básico de desarrollo en Python.
  • Conocimiento básico de SQL.
  • Experiencia construyendo consultas SQL para análisis de información.
  • Conocimiento básico de Power BI.
  • Experiencia diseñando modelos de integración de datos.
  • Conocimiento de modelado relacional de datos.
  • Experiencia desarrollando dashboards e indicadores.
  • Conocimiento básico de Power Automate.
  • Experiencia automatizando procesos de negocio y flujos de trabajo.
  • Capacidad para analizar requerimientos funcionales y traducirlos a soluciones técnicas.
  • Experiencia documentando procesos y soluciones.

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia en áreas de Finanzas.
  • Experiencia en Planeamiento.
  • Experiencia en Control de Gestión.
  • Conocimiento de indicadores financieros.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de colaboración empresarial.
