En Coforge estamos buscando Lead Cybersecurity Specialist (#20786) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Liderar la gestión de defensa y respuesta ante incidentes de seguridad.
  • Gestionar servicios de CyberSOC y plataformas SIEM asegurando continuidad operativa y cumplimiento de los objetivos de seguridad.
  • Evaluar y fortalecer la postura de seguridad de la organización.
  • Participar en procesos de selección, evaluación y gestión de proveedores de servicios de ciberseguridad.
  • Definir e implementar nuevas capacidades de monitoreo y detección de amenazas.
  • Integrar nuevas fuentes de información y monitoreo dentro de plataformas SIEM.
  • Gestionar iniciativas de seguridad en entornos Cloud.
  • Liderar procesos de identificación, evaluación y remediación de vulnerabilidades.
  • Elaborar reportes y presentaciones ejecutivas dirigidas a stakeholders técnicos y de negocio.
  • Impulsar mejoras continuas en controles, procesos y capacidades de seguridad.

Requisitos indispensables

  • +5 años de experiencia profesional en ciberseguridad.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos, iniciativas o proyectos de seguridad de la información.
  • Experiencia en operación o gestión de CyberSOC.
  • Experiencia administrando plataformas SIEM y soluciones de monitoreo de seguridad.
  • Experiencia en detección, análisis y respuesta ante incidentes de seguridad.
  • Conocimiento de seguridad perimetral: Firewalls VPN WAF
  • Experiencia en gestión de accesos privilegiados (PAM).
  • Experiencia en seguridad Cloud.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Azure y GCP.
  • Experiencia en integración de logs y construcción de casos de uso para monitoreo.
  • Experiencia en gestión y remediación de vulnerabilidades.
  • Conocimiento y aplicación de marcos de referencia de ciberseguridad como: NIST SOC-CMM
  • Capacidad para coordinar con múltiples áreas y proveedores tecnológicos.
  • Experiencia elaborando presentaciones ejecutivas y reportes de estado.

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia en proyectos de transformación o fortalecimiento de centros de operaciones de seguridad.
  • Experiencia en gobierno de seguridad de la información.
  • Conocimiento de servicios gestionados de seguridad.
  • Experiencia en gestión de riesgos tecnológicos.
  • Certificaciones relacionadas con ciberseguridad, seguridad cloud o gestión de incidentes.
  • Conocimiento de automatización de procesos de seguridad.
