En Coforge estamos buscando Mid Business Analyst (#22717) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Levantar, analizar y documentar requerimientos funcionales y procesos de negocio.
  • Elaborar historias de usuario, criterios de aceptación y documentación funcional asociada.
  • Analizar y modelar procesos AS-IS y TO-BE.
  • Facilitar reuniones de levantamiento de información, refinamiento y validación de requerimientos.
  • Coordinar con equipos de negocio, arquitectura, desarrollo, QA y operaciones.
  • Gestionar mesas de trabajo funcionales y asegurar el alineamiento entre negocio y tecnología.
  • Identificar riesgos, dependencias e impactos en las iniciativas asignadas.
  • Realizar seguimiento continuo de los requerimientos y su implementación utilizando herramientas ágiles.
  • Participar activamente en ceremonias Scrum y otras dinámicas de trabajo ágil.
  • Contribuir a la mejora continua de procesos y soluciones digitales.

Requisitos indispensables

  • +3 años de experiencia como Analista de Negocios, Analista Funcional y/o Analista de Procesos.
  • Conocimiento y aplicación de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial (IA).
  • Experiencia en levantamiento y análisis de requerimientos.
  • Experiencia en elaboración de historias de usuario y criterios de aceptación.
  • Experiencia en documentación funcional de iniciativas y procesos.
  • Manejo de Jira para gestión y seguimiento de requerimientos.
  • Experiencia en diagramación de procesos AS-IS y TO-BE.
  • Experiencia conduciendo reuniones y gestionando stakeholders.
  • Alta capacidad analítica y habilidades de comunicación.
  • Experiencia trabajando conjuntamente con equipos de desarrollo de software.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles como Scrum y Lean.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • BPMN.
  • Bizagi.
  • Draw.io.
  • Jira.
  • Confluence.
  • Trello.
  • Figma para revisión y entendimiento de flujos y prototipos.
  • Miro (obligatorio).
  • Mural (obligatorio).
  • Excalidraw (deseable).

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia en el sector financiero.
  • Experiencia en proyectos relacionados con tarjetas o procesos financieros.
  • Experiencia participando en PI Planning.
  • Conocimiento en gestión de riesgos e impactos de iniciativas.
  • Experiencia coordinando equipos multidisciplinarios en entornos ágiles.
