En Coforge estamos buscando Mid Business Analyst – Power Platform (#20799-12-1 / #20799-12-3) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Levantar, analizar y modelar procesos AS-IS identificando oportunidades de mejora, simplificación y automatización.
  • Diseñar procesos TO-BE incorporando mejoras operativas y herramientas de automatización.
  • Diseñar e implementar soluciones end-to-end utilizando Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse y Power BI.
  • Construir y evolucionar copilotos y agentes conversacionales mediante Copilot Studio.
  • Implementar automatizaciones para aprobaciones, excepciones, registros y procesos de gobierno.
  • Integrar soluciones con APIs, SharePoint, SQL Server y servicios cloud.
  • Elaborar documentación funcional y técnica de procesos, flujos y soluciones implementadas.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de gobierno, seguridad y administración de Power Platform.
  • Asesorar a áreas de negocio y tecnología en iniciativas de automatización e Inteligencia Artificial.
  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua orientadas a eficiencia operativa y transformación digital.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Bachiller o Titulado en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en mejora y modelamiento de procesos.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia desarrollando soluciones con Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experiencia en automatización de procesos.
  • Experiencia construyendo soluciones funcionales end-to-end.
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Experiencia colaborando con equipos de desarrollo y arquitectura.
  • Experiencia utilizando Power Apps.
  • Experiencia utilizando Power Automate.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Dataverse.
  • Experiencia desarrollando reportes y dashboards con Power BI.
  • Experiencia utilizando Copilot Studio para diseño de agentes, topics y flujos conversacionales.
  • Conocimiento de modelos de Inteligencia Artificial como Claude.
  • Experiencia en modelado de datos y SQL Server.
  • Experiencia integrando APIs y servicios corporativos.
  • Conocimiento de Azure y servicios cloud.
  • Conocimiento de requerimientos no funcionales como disponibilidad, performance, resiliencia y observabilidad.
  • Conocimiento de programación de RPA.
  • Conocimiento de plataformas BPMS.
  • Manejo de herramientas colaborativas como SharePoint, Confluence y Microsoft 365.

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia en entidades financieras o industrias altamente reguladas.
  • Experiencia en Power Platform Governance.
  • Conocimiento de administración de entornos, roles y políticas DLP.
  • Experiencia en automatización inteligente e Inteligencia Artificial aplicada a procesos.
  • Experiencia en gobierno y seguridad de plataformas low-code.
