En Coforge estamos buscando Mid Data Engineer (#20799-12-2) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y optimizar pipelines de datos utilizando Azure Data Factory.
  • Implementar procesos ETL/ELT para integración, transformación y migración de información.
  • Participar en proyectos de migración de datos desde plataformas On-Premise hacia soluciones Cloud.
  • Implementar reglas de validación, calidad, conciliación y trazabilidad de datos.
  • Gestionar despliegues a producción incluyendo validaciones, versionamiento y rollback.
  • Implementar prácticas DevOps y CI/CD para automatización de procesos de despliegue.
  • Desarrollar soluciones, automatizaciones y componentes apoyados en Inteligencia Artificial.
  • Analizar procesos Sandbox y estrategias de migración hacia arquitecturas cloud.
  • Coordinar con áreas de negocio y equipos técnicos para el levantamiento de requerimientos.
  • Promover buenas prácticas de ingeniería, gobierno y calidad de datos.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia como Data Engineer.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en proyectos de migración de datos.
  • Experiencia en migraciones On-Premise hacia Cloud.
  • Experiencia en análisis de procesos Sandbox y estrategias de modernización tecnológica.
  • Conocimiento de ERP Cloud.
  • Experiencia en migraciones de Oracle On-Premise hacia Oracle Cloud.
  • Experiencia en proyectos del sector financiero.
  • Experiencia trabajando con stakeholders de negocio y entornos regulatorios.
  • Experiencia liderando iniciativas técnicas relacionadas con ingeniería de datos.
  • Experiencia desarrollando pipelines ETL/ELT utilizando Azure Data Factory.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de SQL.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de Python.
  • Experiencia en calidad de datos, validaciones, conciliaciones y trazabilidad de información.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo de pipelines y orquestación de procesos batch.
  • Experiencia implementando prácticas DevOps y CI/CD.
  • Experiencia utilizando Azure DevOps y Git.
  • Experiencia gestionando ambientes DEV, QA y PROD.
  • Experiencia realizando pases a producción y gestión de despliegues.
  • Experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías ágiles y/o tradicionales.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial aplicadas a automatización y optimización de procesos.

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia con Azure Data Lake.
  • Experiencia con Databricks.
  • Experiencia con Azure Synapse Analytics.
  • Experiencia en arquitecturas Big Data y plataformas analíticas modernas.
  • Conocimiento de gobierno y calidad de datos.
  • Certificaciones relacionadas con Azure Data Engineering, Oracle Cloud o Databricks.
