En Coforge estamos buscando Mid Functional QA Analyst (#20789-3-2) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Diseñar, crear y mantener casos de prueba para iniciativas de negocio y tecnología.
  • Ejecutar pruebas funcionales, de integración y end-to-end.
  • Validar servicios mediante pruebas de endpoints e integraciones.
  • Gestionar datos de prueba para la ejecución de diferentes escenarios funcionales.
  • Administrar repositorios de pruebas utilizando Jira y Xray.
  • Realizar seguimiento, documentación y gestión de defectos e incidencias.
  • Validar requerimientos funcionales, alcance y criterios de aceptación.
  • Coordinar con áreas de negocio para asegurar el correcto entendimiento de los requerimientos.
  • Coordinar pruebas integrales con equipos internos y externos.
  • Gestionar solicitudes y disponibilidad de datos requeridos para las pruebas.
  • Identificar, comunicar y escalar riesgos o bloqueantes que impacten la ejecución.
  • Participar activamente en ceremonias Scrum y actividades de mejora continua.
  • Asegurar la calidad de las soluciones antes de su liberación a producción.
  • Utilizar herramientas de IA para optimizar la planificación, diseño y ejecución de casos de prueba.

Requisitos indispensables

  • +3 años de experiencia en QA Funcional.
  • Experiencia en diseño, creación y mantenimiento de casos de prueba.
  • Experiencia ejecutando pruebas funcionales, integración y E2E.
  • Experiencia en validación de servicios mediante pruebas de endpoints.
  • Experiencia en seguimiento y gestión de defectos e incidencias.
  • Experiencia en creación y gestión de datos de prueba.
  • Experiencia administrando repositorios de pruebas con Jira y Xray.
  • Conocimiento de pruebas de rendimiento, carga y validación de resultados.
  • Experiencia analizando y validando requerimientos de negocio.
  • Experiencia revisando iniciativas para validar alcance funcional y criterios de aceptación.
  • Experiencia coordinando con áreas de negocio para el levantamiento y validación de requerimientos.
  • Experiencia realizando seguimiento de iniciativas y cumplimiento de plazos.
  • Experiencia identificando y gestionando bloqueantes.
  • Experiencia coordinando pruebas integrales entre múltiples equipos.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías ágiles Scrum.

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia utilizando GitHub Copilot.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia con agentes de Inteligencia Artificial aplicados al ciclo de pruebas.
  • Experiencia configurando e implementando agentes de apoyo para equipos de trabajo.
  • Experiencia en automatización o iniciativas de mejora continua de calidad.
  • Experiencia en proyectos del sector financiero.
