En Coforge estamos buscando Semi Senior Quality Engineering Automation con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Participar en la definición y refinamiento de historias de usuario y criterios de aceptación.
  • Diseñar estrategias de pruebas funcionales y no funcionales alineadas a estándares de calidad.
  • Estimar, priorizar y planificar actividades de prueba.
  • Diseñar casos de prueba utilizando técnicas de testing y análisis funcional.
  • Elaborar escenarios de prueba utilizando sintaxis Gherkin.
  • Ejecutar pruebas funcionales, automatizadas y de integración.
  • Gestionar datos de prueba para ambientes de desarrollo, certificación y producción.
  • Ejecutar pruebas tempranas durante el ciclo de desarrollo para identificar defectos de manera preventiva.
  • Gestionar defectos y asegurar su seguimiento hasta su resolución.
  • Monitorear resultados de ejecución, incidencias y riesgos relacionados con la calidad.
  • Participar en planes de pruebas de ratificación y validaciones posteriores a los despliegues productivos.
  • Promover prácticas de Continuous Testing y mejora continua dentro del equipo.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Mínimo 2 a 4 años de experiencia en Quality Engineering o QA Automation.
  • Conocimiento y aplicación de técnicas de pruebas de software.
  • Experiencia trabajando bajo enfoque BDD.
  • Experiencia redactando escenarios de prueba utilizando Gherkin.
  • Experiencia diseñando estrategias y planes de prueba.
  • Experiencia en pruebas backend y automatización de APIs.
  • Experiencia en pruebas web y automatización de aplicaciones.
  • Experiencia en gestión de defectos y seguimiento de incidencias.
  • Experiencia trabajando con herramientas de gestión de pruebas.
  • Experiencia utilizando Jira y Xray.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de Continuous Testing.
  • Experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías ágiles.
  • Conocimiento de fundamentos de automatización y codificación de pruebas.
  • Capacidad para gestionar datos de prueba y escenarios de certificación.
  • Experiencia participando en refinamiento de historias de usuario y definición de criterios de aceptación.

Requisitos deseables

  • Certificación ISTQB.
  • Conocimiento de DevSecOps aplicado a pruebas.
  • Conocimiento de programación orientada a automatización de pruebas.
  • Experiencia en control de versiones y administración de ramas.
  • Experiencia en gestión de datos de prueba.
  • Conocimiento de patrones de diseño para automatización.
  • Experiencia realizando pruebas funcionales en dispositivos móviles.
  • Conocimiento de fundamentos de pruebas de performance.
  • Experiencia en pruebas de rendimiento.
  • Conocimiento de pruebas de seguridad.
  • Experiencia en pruebas no funcionales para plataformas móviles.
  • Experiencia utilizando herramientas CI/CD.
